Jena, Germany | May 15-17, 2025

This year's Molecular Plasmonics took place on May 15 – 17, 2025 and was a great success. Many thanks to all participants for the exciting presentations, professional discussions and fruitful exchange.

Molecular Plasmonics 2025

The meeting focuses on bioanalytical and nanophotonic applications of plasmonic effects at nanoscale metal structures, utilizing the phenomenon of localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR). This includes e.g. phenomenon occuring at molecular components due to local field enhancement effects, interactions with fluorescent dyes, sub-wavelength apertures as well as comparisons of simulations with experimental results. Also effects based on electron release and subsequent processes like catalyses will be discussed.

Program

We are looking forward to the exciting professional exchange with this year's Molecular Plasmonics participants. Please find the conference program below and for download. Printed programs will be available on site.

There will be a pre-meeting workshop „DNA Mitteldeutschland“ starting at noon on May 15, 2024. The meeting will start with a Get-Together on Thursday May 15 at 6 pm, and will end at Saturday May 17 at noontime.

Registration & Abstract Submission

The abstract submission is closed and we thank all scientists for the many interesting scientific abstracts. We have once again been able to put together an exciting program and look forward to exchanging ideas with you.

Registration is still possible via the online form.

Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology

At the Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technology (Leibniz IPHT) in Jena, scientists use light to find solutions to questions and urgent problems in the fields of health, environment, medicine and safety. Under the motto “Photonics for Life”, they research light-based technologies that make our lives safer, healthier and cleaner. Especially in the field of optical health technologies, Leibniz IPHT, in cooperation with partners from research and industry, is specifically promoting translation: the transfer of research results into applicable solutions – from Ideas to Instruments. » IPHT Website

Sponsoring

Would you like to present your company, products and services at the conference?
Contact us for an individual arrangement of participation opportunities.

The premises of Leibniz IPHT offer ideal opportunities to accompany the conference with an exhibition stand. There is sufficient space for breaks in the foyer of the main building. The event is very compact. During the breaks, catering will be provided directly in front of the conference room with standing and seating options. The poster exhibition will also take place there.
